Design
Interface, visual system, identity
Sets the aesthetic and functional standard of the studio. Owns the design system, typography, rhythm and consistency across products. We treat interface like typography: every space is a decision.
Studio
Manifesto
Good software disappears.
Artificial intelligence shouldn't feel like magic — it should feel evident.
The first click is worth more than a thousand features.
"Intuitive" is not a marketing word: it's an engineering standard that can be measured.
We build software for people.
Anywhere in the world, in any timezone, in any language.
Powerful technology, obvious interface. Always in that order.
Standards
We don't treat clarity of use as final polish. It's an engineering requirement, measured at every release.
If the user has to think about the model, the prompt or the temperature, we failed to design the interface.
Before the stack, before the metric, before the roadmap: the person on the other side of the screen.
Decisions documented, releases logged and lessons published. A governance standard, not a communication style.
Lean teams per discipline, defined scopes, short cycles. Speed comes from clarity, not from size.
Disciplines
The studio runs on five disciplines, each with clear ownership and shared standards. Every team is accountable for the quality of what ships and for the end-to-end experience of the products in production.
Interface, visual system, identity
Sets the aesthetic and functional standard of the studio. Owns the design system, typography, rhythm and consistency across products. We treat interface like typography: every space is a decision.
Product, platform, performance
Builds and maintains the technical foundation of the products — from front-end to back-end, from infrastructure to observability. Optimizes for operational calm, not benchmarks.
Applied AI and interaction
Evaluates, integrates and tunes AI models for real-world use cases. Focused on interfaces where the model disappears — no prompt, no temperature, no ritual.
Discovery, scope, localization
Runs user research, prioritizes the roadmap and owns localization across 10 languages and 40+ countries. Builds with the discipline of someone who has watched products die from a bloated scope.
Positioning, content, relations
Owns the public identity of the studio, community relations and the way every release lands in the world. Believes brand is what remains when the product goes offline.
Identity
Mark — The Subject
A precise circle (the lab, the field of observation) and an off-center amber dot (humanity — body, cell, planet, and the period in humanity.). The lab studies humanity. Humanity is the lab.
Symbol — light
Symbol — dark
Symbol — accent
Double meaning
A lab that studies humans / humans as the living lab itself.
Amber dot
Cell, body, planet, full stop. Life lives off-center — because life is never centered.
System
Mono on any palette color + one fixed amber. Scales from 16px favicon to billboard.
